Yes my last name was on the Window Sticker, which is in an album with every other sticker/paper/ piece of plastic protectant it came with.

Is this something new??? I had my 98 ranger built especially for me...and my 03 mustang....never saw my name...but now I have to double check...so heck, I'm interested...

Thanks, I ordered via X Plan, I did not know about this issue.
Checked the sheet, and sure enough, there it is. Too bad it is not the entire name. Kind of a unique touch for those of us that were fortunate enough to order via this method.

 

Sticker comes in blank the dealer types in all the info

 

My sticker had my name on it. Salesman made sure got it it one peice.

I ordered mine, but no my name isn't on the sticker. No x or a plan, but I did pay invoice so its all the same. Kinda wish my name was on there but oh well, at least I got the car!

The window sticker is printed at the factory. It does not come in blank for the dealer to type up!


Here in Iowa, it is against the law to deliver a new car without the window sticker. I thought that was a federal law. Perhaps it is only a state requirement here.
