Winter Driving
Ok, now I know a lot of you store your stangs in the winter, so the following image may disturb you, but you see, those of us that don't see much if any snow think things like this are a hoot!
Gee, I can remember a day when I said, I wouldn't drive her in the rain, I wouldn't drive her in the snow...

Amen, blue notch! I'm sick of it as well. I had to dig my 'stang out to get it on the road. It did poorly until I put weight in the rear. Now it is driveable, but I only take it to work and back. Luckily, no salt here, but the coarse sand can't be doing the car much good either. Can't wait for summer!

Cool pic Tony! I had a similar experience a couple weeks ago in our ice storm except I was looking at a concrete divider and no one was there to take my picture. Luckily the car straightened out when I let off the gas. I was able to breathe again a few minutes later. That's the only time it has ever got sideways when I wasn't doing it intentionally.

My pony isn't garaged right now... She's freezing her *** off in my driveway cuz last time I took her out she was all over the place. Currently driving my mom's rarely used minivan. I need a winter car and an empty garage

I'm right there with SixtySix, I live on the Oregon coast where we never get snow, so you can imagine my surprise when I woke up one morning a few weeks ago, and there was 4 or 5 inches on the ground. I don't think we have had that much in probably 10 years or more. So naturally I had to take the stang out to play in the snow. I'll admit I was very careful, if not paranoid, but I still had a little fun.

My car is only halfway through its winter hibernation..
Its not the snow for me
Its the salt, and especially the 95% of drivers here that don't have a clue how to drive. Add some snow to the mix and voila... I will be getting paint blended to match

I drive mine in the winter but not when it's snowing because it's not too easy to do so. Been there with my 02. As soon as the roads are clear and dry... OH YEAH! It's gotten a little salty twice driving in the rain in which I'm not to crazy about, but I keep this car emaculate. For that matter, I don't even like when my Z24 get too salty or dirty.

driving year 'round here. I've been getting car washes frequently to keep my stang from growing a crusty layer of salt. Surprisingly we haven't gotten a single new england snow storm yet. Once we do, I'll be doing donuts and figure eights in the parking lot at work

What is Winter? I forget what with it being in the high 70s here and all. (I love Florida!)
Seriously-I like to visit snow, but one time in my mustangs life was enough snow driving for me. I am too sissy to get loose in anything more than a little rain.
Pretty pictures though!

Does April always have to brag about this Florida thing?
