I want pollished mufflers
Oh definately. Since you can see some of the muffler from behind the car it would be great if the entire muffler had a nice polished, almost chrome, look to it.

it voids ur warrenty if u put it on. but if the ford mechanics do it then it dont void the warrenty soo pretty much they will charge an arm for it still. and im changing my exhaust down the road when i see them come out with some. im lookin to put bbk longtube headers, mac offroad H, and probably magnaflow cat-backs. its gonna cost me alot
This is incorrect info. Changing the mufflers doesnt void your warranty. Now if you go in and do an offroad hpipe or xpipe then yes your warranty will be voided by most places. When I do decide to buy one which will more than likely be when the cobra comes out I will go with magnaflow. I doubt I will do away with the cats until the warranty is out though. Then let the fun begin. [/b][/quote]
A lot of misinformation flying around. It is ILLEGAL under Federal law for the dealer to void your warranty for any aftermarket part unless they can PROVE (not just say) that the part directly contributed to a failure. Look up the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act on the Web.

If you replace your entire exhaust, even using longtubes, it will only void the warranty on the exhaust parts and anything that can reasonalby fail from their replacement. In the case of the exhaust, that's essentially JUST the exhaust.

Good luck.
