Where can I get (originality question).....>>

This is the spec data I'm looking for:

1. Is it possible to get a copy of the original window sticker? I bought my '05 used and the original owner did not have it. I sure would like to know if it's a base V6, a deluxe or premium......

2) Are there databases on the internet that lists specific options (with pricing) that are available for each submodel?

3) Who has production numbers for Mustangs, including submodels? For Camaros, there is "The Camaro White Book" which lists production numbers for each submodel.

4) Who has production numbers of the options? As in #3, the same reference lists all available options with production numbers.

5) Does Ford list RPOs somewhere on their vehicles? GM has SPID (Service Production ID) stickers on all vehicles which lists three digit codes (RPOs) which helps the service tech identify what component(s) were original to each vehicle. It's also an excellent source for a prospective buyer to know how a car was originally equipped. I'm sure most have heard of some of these, i.e. Z28, Z06, LT1, etc..... and options like C60 (air conditioning), CC1 (t-tops), etc...

Thanks!

Willie

Apparently no one knows any basic info but no matter. I've decided to sell my piece of junk after buying it only one week ago...

Wow... I thought I was impatient! Doesn't get an answer in 4 1/2 hours and he sells the car! Very simple to answer but the heck with it... he already sold it.

Guys,

Today has not been a good day. I've been in a pretty foul mood because of this car situation. My wife knew something has been wrong with me for at least a couple of days now... My apologies for jumping to the gun.

In my disgust, I decided this morning to sell the car. So my questions basically became a "never mind".... But this evening my wife and I had a rather "good" discussion and came to a decision. She's letting me sell the V6 to buy a GT...!! I'm in a much better mood now and I still would like my questions addressed. Hope you guys understand....

In a nutshell:

Bought an '05 V6 last week.
Started having second thoughts -- not enough power for me. Very difficult for me to use this as a daily when I've been driving an '03 Cobra for the last couple of years.
With each passing day, I found myself shying away from the car.
Decided a couple of days ago that I did not want to drive it.
Decided this morning to sell.
Wifey said I could buy a GT. Not as powerful as a Cobra but should be far better than a V6.

Oh, OK I dig it now.............

I would be depressed (well, more like ****ed) if I went from a blown Cobra to a V6 too. Good luck with the GT- add a tune and CAI and you'll be smilin' ear to ear!
