Whats going on with the Spoiler delete cars?

I am reading on other Mustang forums that all the people who ordered 13D are really not getting any info on build dates compared to ones with the spoiler option. Can Ford possibly be holding these cars back for some reason?

I received build dates on 7/1 for 8/8 (coupe) and 8/15 (vert).
