What info do I need to check the status on order?

I've got my Vehicle Order Confirmation and my DORA from the dealer, but I don't have a specific contact sales person. I ordered through the Fleet Manager and he's pretty much useless. When I contact a sales manager they're too lazy to check the status for me, they just repeat the same info "it takes 2 months....blah blah..." :bang: So I come to you fellow boards members :worship: , hopefully one of you could help me out. Thanks.

You could call Ford Customer Care and ask them about the order, but I'm not sure if they could help you if you don't have the VIN number.

And BEFORE someone comes down on me about posting the DEALER ONLY number this number IS NOT that number, this is the number for Ford Customer Care that you can find on their website

This is why you shouldn't order from Fleet managers. You sometimes get no service.

We should change the title " Salesperson" to "Serviceperson". Hmmm. That would be confusing. B)
