[SIZE=7] I just call THE 800 number to get some info on my car. The audimated service didn't work so i went with real person thingy. I gave her my dealer code and vin, then she asked for PNA or something like that. What's going on?... Did they catch on to people calling. I'd rather not talk to my dealer, he's given me the runnaround more than once. Anyone here with some advice. Please let me know.

1) Wrong forum
2) Good idea speaking to someone, I hope you gave them your name so they can send you a bill for the service you used.
3) Are you sure it was PNA?

P & A. I believe it stands for parts and accessories. Kind of like a dealer number for the service side of things. They are probably just using this code to verify it is actually the dealer calling.
