Vapor Silver? Mineral Gray? Sometimes I can't tell all the different grays and silvers apart.

 

What year is it? Mineral gray was a 2005 only color, replaced by Tungsten in 2006, then in 2007 they added Alloy, then in 08 Vapor replaced tungsten as far as I know.

It's pretty confusing haha.

 

I think mineral had a kinda brownish tinge to it. Probably a vapor in the puc. But i really dont know lol

Gotta be tungsten then. In 06 your only choices for gray/silver were Tungsten Gray Metallic or Satin Silver Metallic like my car.

Tried to get similar lighting & angles as I could (i'm a little bored at work right now).

Mineral Gray - kinda browinsh gray



Tungsten Gray - a little brighter, more purplish gray



Alloy Gray - Almost a graphite color



Vapor Silver - A slivery gray



Satin Silver - bright silver

 

I like alloy gray. It's awesome.

Definitely tungsten. Mineral is destinctively brown like anthracite and Vapor has a slight brass/bronze hue to it. Tungsten is the only one with the blue/purple tint depending on the lighting. Actually its the most color-shifty paint I've seen on a mustang besides Mystichrome

Don't remember exactly. We were in traffic at a light. I was in my work truck so you wouldn't have noticed / cared lol

 

haha yeah, probably right. I tend to notice other Stangs though, especially if they are modified in any way.
