Well I got it, black GT premium with 5 speed, IUP, Bullit Wheels, Active Alarm, Side Airbags. Basically everything besides the Shaker 1000. I had originally wanted the Shaker 1000, but after hearing the 500 in person it is great. It sounds just as good as the aftermarket system I had in my Mazda 3.
I gotta say, after having owned a 2003 Cobra and 2002 GT, the difference in the overall car is absolutely shocking. This one doesn't feel like a cheap car with a good engine. It feels like a great car, with a great engine![Wink](https://themustangsource.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
The clutch and shifter both feel so good. Sure the throw on the shifter could be a bit shorter, but it's smooth, precis and overall a HUGE improvement. The clutch is very light, in fact it's no heavier then what I had on my Mazda 3, which is cool because I wasn't a big fan of the clutch on my Cobra as it literally probably took 300lbs of pressure to depress.
Ride is comfortable, the handling really did surprise me, I wasn't expecting it to be as good as my old Cobra but I feel that it is. It really seems to dampen noise well, so I hear the motor and exhaust instead of roadnoise.
The interior is great, very comfortable and has a solid feel to it. I'm really happy with the shifter placement, it's nice to be able to relax, instead of being hunched over so I can reach the shifter like in my 03.
The exhaust and motor sound really good, so good in fact I'm reconsidering getting an aftermarket setup. It sounds mean, and fairly loud when you get on it, but there's no annoying hiney drone on the highway which is a plus.
I really like all the little touches too, like the mycolor, display screen, the fact that the windows actually have one touch up AND Down.
Overall, this is the best car I have owned to this date, and I suspect it is the best mass produced Mustang to date (all around, not just straight line)
I posted quite a few pics on a seperate forum, and I'll just link there because they are big pics and I don't want this text to be totally stretched out for people on lower resolution:

Very nice pics, hope you enjoy the ride. I was in Eaton about 20 years ago for a weekend, nice little town.

I too live on a dirt road and its no fun at all driving that slow! However, I bought white to help alleviate some of that problem. It is all I can do to keep our MG '01 clean. Let me know if you find a solution to stopping the idiots that love to drive by at 50mph+, I think that's where all the dust comes from anyway.

I have already washed mine 5 times, and I have only had her 3.5 weeks. LOL The issue is that living right on the shore like I do, I get a lot of dust. And its sticky!
I am getting a car duster for her, so I can dust her off when I put her to bed. I am also going to be hiring a detailer (good friend who needs some cash, and does one helluva job!) to come to my place and pretty her up once a week. This rain is an absolute nightmare!
Welcome to the board, and to the ranks of blissful 05 owners!
