i certainly hope i get some good or any news for that matter this week i ordered back in Oct and still have now info at all including no DORA...cant wait to see what my dealer has to tell me this thursday, when i call in the afternoon i tell him my name and ask whats if any info. he says i dunno let me go look....i am thinking shouldnt you know .... oh well we shall see

 

Call Ford customer service. When I first called before I had a VIN, they asked how long it has been since I ordered. If it is under 10 weeks, then they tell you to call you dealer. They seemed to indicate that if you didn't have VIN after 10 weeks, they could offer some kind of assistance. What that would be, I have no idea. Maybe try to help track down your order info or something... or chew out your dealer or something.

 

thanks for the info robs but trust me i have done that i have called the ford number and they tell me to call back 2 weeks later shoot one time they even told me that my car was being built and to call back the following week to get my VIN in doing so the next week they told me my car wasnt even on the line and dont know how someone could tell me that. I called ford last week and asked them if i took off the IUP and side air bags would that speed up my order they said my dealer could help me with that ...my comment then was thats funny i just got off the phone with my dealer and he doesnt know ANYTHING. I am really starting to get tired of everything with all the issues and starting to think i may pull my order but my wife has stopped me thus far.
