While I applaud them for trying to make a functional Shaker....this isn't really the best approach I don't believe. I'd have to see the airbox setup to decide if it could actually rob power, or provide about 2hp increase. Either way, it's not very good for power.

No comparison to CDC's functional Shaker.

The Parnelli Jones Saleen Mustang "Shaker" is also nonfunctional.
That is why the word is always put in quotes when you read about that car.

If CDC could do a kit like this, except with their cast aluminum scoop.

get rid of all the plastic, mustang plates and make a more economy priced kit I'd be all over that.

This is bad, but not as bad as that one that was offered by v6mustangstuff.com (the smokey and the bandit one). Looks like they took it off their webpage

Wait until CDC and Ford come around to collect for Mustang parts usage.

the pj shaker is functional.....saleen suposedly designed it to where it could suc cold air from the shaker, instead of ram it down the stock air box and cause to much turbulance that robs power.

While this particular system does look awful, you have to give some credit to someone trying to put together an affordable solution. Nearly $800 for the CDC system is just ridiculous. I would pay $350-$400 for a good shaker system, but CDC is not going to see any of my business at its current prices.
