Vopc ?

It's been a while since I checked in. I ordered a new Expedition on Saturday and was just refreshing my memory on ERL....but when I called the number she was gone. It seems as though everything is handled by an analyst. Is this the way it is now?

Yes, you always had to talk to a real person in order to get updates. The ERL was just there as a menu system from what I remember.

Actually, when I bought my '05 GT, it was a voice prompt system. Had to be really careful to speak just so in order to get the Evil BE-aatch to respond. I wouldn't call as often as I did then now anyway because I'm just not as excited for my Expy, but I wouldn't want to call and discuss it with a human if the ERL is still alive.

Lucky you, I always had to talk to a live person. In that case I do not know sorry I couldn't have been better help.

Yes. At one point I was calling every day and sometimes in the morning and evening. When my car was delivered, I knew before my sales guy called me and I called to arrange pickup for the next day. If I hadn't, my baby would have sat there all weekend, while he went out of town ! Does anyone know when they took the ERL behind the barn ?
