A great example of Mustang fan dedication.

Great dialogue.

Well if that is the Cobra I am glad I didnt wait to get it because it looks no different or better than GT. It might have some more power but what would you do with it unless your gonna be at the tracks everyday. I think our GT has more power than we can use to begin with.

Funny video though...
No disrespect but you do know what a test mule is right?

this very well could be the cobra. We are not going to see what it looks like. They are probably just testing the engine, suspension and all the other moving parts.
What is the deal with the black tape on the fenders. My guess they have taped some monitoring device in the wheel wells .

If you blow up the video of the front wheel, you can see big 4 piston calipers, similiar to the upgraded alcon calipers that come on the Saleens.....
Yeah, noticed that too .... 4 piston --- YEAH !!!! Drilled ---- BAD .... for us racers that is

drilled look cool, but they are not as reliable as solid rotors. The holes tend to get spider web cracks.

The link is down now, but from the stills I saw, I hope it's not the cobra. Nothing was different except the brakes and the hood.

JR? Personal info? You can click on his profile and email him...the only reason I asked for it was because you can't send attachments like that AFAIK.

thats not a cobra, it is a gt with an aftermarket hood scoop, no ram air no nothing. That is my car, with the cheesy hood scoop my dealer wanted to install. No functionality. Looks nice with the black rims, but other than that looks like a stock gt to me. But the color is great.

What about the A-pillar guages, the instrumentation, the Michigan plates, the tape on the body, the blower whine, the four-piston brakes, the resemblance to known Cobra mules, and the fact it's in the vicinity of a Ford testing site?

Also, I think the original poster said the "scoop" wasn't open in the front; instead it was a bulge in the hood to make more room under there (i.e., for a blower or larger engine).

I think there's not much doubt it's a Cobra mule, with emphasis on mule.

Well I guess we think what we want, but I think its just a gt with some add ons. Hood scoop looks exactly like the one there selling at my dealer, I did not hear anything like a blower or whine as you put it, but you know if you like it I guess, too each his or her own.
