I for one appreciate useful posts whether or not they have been posted in the past. How is a new member to know about a good reference, idea, hot tip, etc. if they don't even know the topic to search?

Unless it's some obvious repeating topic (ie. stripes, Mobil 1, etc.), let's go easy on the folks who contribute good ideas.
