Mine works just fine. Remember the top has to be up for the motion sensor to work.

Mine works, but I wish it were a little more sensitive.

I just tested mine today. Works fine on both sides! But I think you have to wait approximately 30 seconds after arming to test.

First time I armed I tried immediately and no alarm, but after waiting a brief time, system armed and worked on both sides.

I've reached in and got my purse w/ my top down and have set mine off and I *thought* it was from the sensors... but you guys are saying its not suppose to work w/ the top down?

Nope they don't arm with the top down. I know mine works because if I turn my alarm on with the top up but the windows down and somebody get in or out of their car next to me the alarm goes off even if they only get too close. Happened a couple of times at work and I know it wasn't anybody sticking their arms in or anything because they are coworker friends.

Once I started leaving the front windows up but the rear only down it stopped incorrectly sounding.

Well apparently have your top up and windows down. Engage the alarm... i.e. hit the lock on the FOB... Wait a min (30 secs at least) then reach in the window ... if it doesn't go off try moving your hand near the rear view mirror... if it still doesn't go off something is wrong. Then reset it and go to the other side of the car and do the same thing. There's suppose to be a sensor for both sides.
