Got this from the dealer last week.
Finally coming into place.

Ford Motor Company wants to do a Drive-away/Media blitz at Yonge-Dundas Square on Friday March 18 from 8:00am till 1:00pm.
The good news is that your baby, being our first will be there and you can drive her home from there (well, back to the dealership then home).
Let me know what you think. I have most of the details and will soon get the rest.
But that will mean you will have your baby on March 18.

I ordered mine on Saturday, March 5th. Satin Silver GT Convertible Premium, IUP, ICAP, auto, wheel locks, active anti-theft and soft boot. I'm going to have remote start put in (has anyone done this to their coupe or vert yet??) and get the extended warranty. My sister is friends with a custom shop, so they're doing my tiniting and stripes (as well as remote start). I got it under the X plan.

I also wanted to add I think it's strange that the convertible went into production on January 31st, and dealerships started getting them late Feb/early March, yet the Ford.com website doesn't show the convertible yet and there are no brochures at dealerships......

Im orderd gt vert satin silver red leather and all the tous on1/14 vin on2/12 locked in and beening built as we speek the week of 3/7 cant wait ordered under employee plan sticker on car is $33612.00 wonder how long after its built un til gets to dealer

I have a vert that just came in today. Satin silver, iup, bullitt wheels, dark charcoal int., shaker 500, my lights. Pricing is at 32 and some change. I currently have an 05 GT and am torn between which one to keep. Its a big hit to trade in the coupe this quickly. May just wait for the 07 cobra to come out.
If anyone is interested in this vert, let me know quickly, it is sitting in the dealers stock, I took a look at it today. Will have to let it go soon.

Ordered 'vert, Redfire GT premium, IUP, side airbags, light graphite, leather, S-500, bright machined wheels, auto tranny, with boot cover.
Paid sticker (well, at this point no mention of a dealer mark up -which I will not pay).
Expecting August/September delivery.

Not around here they don't. All the Ford dealerships have not gotten any brochures with the convertible. Sad part is, people have them on ebay and are being sold for $5-10, and people are buying them! What's the excuse for the website not being updated??

Yes there are...Yellow Vert on the cover...

The brochure with the yellow vert on the cover is a disappointment. Besides the cover, it is identical to the coupe brochure except for a few pics on the last page showing the vert top colors. That's it. I picked one up because I am a pack-rat but don't pay for this!
