that's a shame. It's more or less off the shelf technology these days. But oh well, cuts costs I guess. And hey, 475 hp anyways, who really needs vvt?

I have not read anything but I'm betting it will have it. The reason being keeping it within the new emissions restrictions which vvt plays a major role in. Not likely larger displacment engines bennifit a great deal from the small increase in low end torque and high end horse power but it will decrease emissions.

I would expect it to be offered in a later model to entice more sales. The first run is pretty much sold...at MSRP.

Meaning at MSRP these will sell no problem.
