I ask......Because the GT owners are all about bullitts and standards...And none of us ever do.
I have the spinners for the record.

I intend on getting the machined with spinners... They look good on the 05 Mustang. The only other route I would go is to get a set of Bullitts.

You MUST have aftermarkets on the new 6. The stock rubber and stock wheels stink.

Ford was afraid that if they did not waterdown the 6 that it would cannibalize the 8 so the stock wheels look like crap on the car vs. 94-04 and the rubber is twice as bad (worse than the old Eagles if that was possible).

I think the only bad part about the stock wheels is that they aren't wide enough to safely put anything wider than 235s on (maybe 245s, but that is pushing it). I love the styling of them. I do admit the stock tires are too narrow and kind of stink, but I think a set of wider performance tires on the stock rims would do very nicely.

I vote aftermarket. Only because I don't like the 2 tires that are offered on the V6. But it's just my personal preference to go aftermarket, if I could afford it. Of course I'm poor right now, so I will have to live with mine stock until I can afford an upgrade.

But I say go with whatever you want. Again it's personal preference, so you say you are a GoodYear girl, then go with the Good Years. JMO. Keep us updated on what you decide.

I believe 7", which is kind of a disapointment. The rims on past years V6s have been 16"x7.5". Of course, if ford had put rims that wide on this car with the same size tires they have on it, there would be too much rim exposed.

I'm with Stadifer. Mine is coming with spinners which will be fine but I'd love to see Bullitts offered for V6. I presume one reason the are not available is to be able to more easily identify a GT from a V6 when viewing from the side.

I wish they made the machined v6 wheels in 17x8's. I love the style but they're just too dinky for the car imo.

Me too! They look a little like Halibrands with knock-offs (squint).
