I was just wondering if anyone knows of a company or has seen a remote controlled door or hood or trunk opener???

What i mean is my wifes new Caravan has powerlift gate and power passenger rear door, I was wondering if anyone made anything that you could use to have a powerlift hood and/or trunk??

I would like it more for the "WOW COOL" factor than anything else

I'm going to get some redline tuning hood struts but just wondering if anything "automatic" via remote was available for the stang

All you need is a bit of creativity, and some linear actuators. I've done this many times on car audio show cars (I thought it was stupid then, too). It's truly a PITA to align everything properly, and to get actuators strong enough to handle the weight, they'll be large, bulky, and heavy. Then, you'll have to cover them with fiberglass enclosures or something. The NOPI nationals would welcome a 'Stang like that
