Mark.... Is this info going to transfer to the TMS official registry, or is that another beast in itself?
Not sure. To be determined. I'll keep you posted.

OK, I'll ask How do we Redfire owners represent? How do we set up a regisrty?
Someone starts a thread in the 05 section called Redfire Registry and is willing to keep it going. (look at the Sonic Blue and Legend Lime Threads as examples).

That's a great idea for the "official" registry. But for me to add IUP, ICAP, V6SAP, leather/cloth would require me to add an extra 3000 data entry blocks for the 735 members I currently have. Right now its pretty time consuming as is.

If you or anyone else would like to take over responsibility and want to expand the number of variables just let me know. I will be happy to let you have it.

Most common combination of all mustangs is a:
Black coupe with optional 17" and spoiler (50 or 5% of all cars), followed closely by black coupe with bullitts and spoiler (48 or 4.8%)

For verts its a Torch red with bullits and a spoiler (6 of 93)

Well, that's all I'll point out for now. I let the rest of you make any observations you want to pull out of the spreadsheets.

Hey, any way to add various statistical data to our forum profiles directly? That way, each member can go crazy providing any/all car data they want. The registry can then be searched by members and the data sliced/diced a million different ways.

This is by far awesome, good job Mark , can I give you updates statistics on my car or should I go to the link you provided in the first post and give you everything on my car. I see my user name is already in there, but no details , i.e. - optional wheels, spoiler - yes, etc. Or do you want me to PM the info to you if you want.

Matt

Glad you like it.

Just go to the TMS unofficial registry link I provided (the link in my post 2 above) and put your info in there. Makes it a one stop shop for me.

Mark, Not sure if this has already been discussed somewhere else, but did you notice RCW and ChrisM both have build dates BEFORE the Job 1 date of 9/7/04?

See if someone like ISELLFORD or the guy over at BON can run the VIN's and double check the dates.

Ok here are the latest stats.

1066 2005+ TMS mustangs: 1058x2005, 7x2006, 1 unknown (bc317). We are averaging about 2 new entries per day.

173 members have posted last 6 of their VINs

Colors
213 Black
132 Redfire
120 Mineral Grey
116 Sonic Blue
114 Satin Silver
100 Windveil Blue
97 Torch Red
59 Legend Lime
45 Performance White
44 Screaming Yellow
23 Unknown
2 Vista Blue (Saskwatch's coupe and darrennye's vert)
1 Tungsten (mtchstng's coupe)

Model
884 GTs
172 V6s
4 Roush
2 Saleen
2 Unknown

Original Wheels
375 17" Bullitts
360 17" Optional machined
246 unknown
72 spinners
11 standard V6
2 Fanblades

680-682 originally with factory spoiler
159 without (wow thought that # would be higher)
225 unknown

873 coupes
107 verts
86 unknown

Least common 2005 GT coupe combos
0 White with optional 17" wheels and no spoiler
0 Yellow with optional 17" wheels and no spoiler
1 Torch Red with optional 17" wheels and no spoiler (TMS member Yellow05)
1 Windveil Blue with optional 17" wheels and no spoiler (TMS member BlueCar)

Most common V6 color: Black (21)
Least common V6 color: White (8). 25% of which are owned by 1 TMS member.

Most popular vert color? Black with 16. What is interesting is that Torch Red is 2nd with 15 verts, but only 7th in total entries. If you combine the RedFire with 14, then the color red is much more common in verts than it is in coupes.

Least common 05 color for verts is white (3 recorded).
1 Vista Blue and 0 Tungsten so far.

If there is some stat that I missed that you wanted to see, check out the new spreadsheet. It has selectable filters at the top of each column.

Some Totals based on Spreadsheet. These are automatically updated when an item is logged into the main sheet of the Registry. Keeps from manually having to add these numbers up.

I would like to hear everyone's opinion and if you would like to see some other stat.

Thanks.

Well I'm biased about stats, so it's no surprise that I like it.

This Chart is the result of incorporating formulas to construct totals and stats of various combinations. This was using the latest spreadsheet(August 20th) provided by Mark (AFBlue).

The criteria used, in no particular order, was color and engine(GT, V6, or Tuner), convertible or coupe.

In addition, unknown and blank items in these 3 column's were factored into the formula from their respective columns.

Anytime a Mustang is added, complete or incomplete info, this will update ALL of the appropriate areas automatically!

I put a little Summary (Totals) list at the bottom to Summarize(in light green, in no relation to Legend Lime). I have not added the % yet...

It will give you an idea how popular>>>>>rare etc. your Mustang is in this registry.

It's amazing how many underpriviliged Mustang owners there are out there. Close to 200K '05 Mustangs produced and look how few are actually on this board.

True, but when you think about it over 1% of all 05 GT owners are TMS members. That's not too bad.

(assuming no more than 88,400 GTs were built. Probably a safe assumption)

There you go with facts and numbers again.

BTW, I emailed those two about their build dates. They are both still active members so hopefully I'll hear back soon. Did you see ebrand's build date? Built on the first day of '06 production. How cool is that?!
