Can a TSB disappear? My dealer tells me that he can no longer find 05-08-08. Is he just a moron? Hes trying to find out what happened with Ford. He knows about the TSB cause I gave him a copy a while ago when I first documented this noise with them. So they are going to fix it one way or the other .. just want to know if hes trying to blow smoke up my you know what.

 

He just called back... He found it and Ford is still doing this repair. Lucky for them.

Has anybody else seen anything on the stumbling TSB? The Ford dealer here (surprise, surprise) says they aren't aware of any such problem and have never seen one do that. Of course, they haven't ever seen one with scratched side window tint either and the mechanic who said that has windows so bad you can hardly see out of them, so not really counting on their support.
