I brought home a bucket of chicken last night and carried it in the trunk to avoid having my new car smell becoming "ode de chicken". I left the trunk open in the garage to air it out and forgot about it.

The trunk light was out this morning but the car started fine and the trunk light came back on after I opened it again. Cool feature.

Yeah I knew about the interior (and the radio feature) but not about the trunk light ..... till I was loading up the trunk THIS morning in a dim garage... :-)

That's a great little feature.....

The headlights should also do this. Fords have been this way for a while, at least was in my 95 t-bird

The headlights do it too. Don't you just love modern day technology?

Anything electrical left on will be turned off thanks to the battery saver feature.

I haven't timed it or looked it up, but w/o the key I can get a couple songs to play in the Shaker, so I say a good 15 mins or so.

My trunk light has a zero delay... it never comes on.

Way cool if the headlights go off after some "time".
