Trouble Codes

If any of you guys could help out that would be great.

Last week my car went into failsafe mode twice, once on Thursday and then again on Friday. Out of nowhere the car would just die and it would say Failsafe . I would turn the car off and then start it and it would start normal. I have not taken it into the delarship yet.

Today as I am driving, I am stopped at a red light and the car dies on me, I am like WTF! . I tried starting it about four times, nothing. Finally on the fifth try, it starts and the engine light is on. I get to a parking log, park the car. Pop the hood, nothing looks loose and no leaks that I can tell. I then plug my X-cal 2 to read the DTC's and the following three codes came up P2104, P2111 and P2135, does anybody know what these codes mean?

I've had my C&L intake and Alternative Tune on for about 10 months and have not had any problems until recently.

Any help you guys can provide would be great.

P2104 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Forced Idle.
Throttle actuator control system is in FMEM mode of forced idle.
  • PCM damaged
  • Multiple ETC system faults
  • Bad APP sensor
P2111 - Throttle Actuator Control System - Stuck Open. PCM fault status indicates throttle plate is at a greater angle than commanded.
  • Binding throttle body, stuck open
  • TACM circuits crosswired
  • TACM circuits shorted together
  • PCM damaged
P2135 - ETC Throttle Position (TP) Sensor 1/2 Voltage Correlation. The PCM flagged a fault indicating that TP1 and TP2 disagree, or that TP1 should not be in it's present position given the position of TP2 unless a problem is present.
  • ETC TP is defective
  • TP sensor shorted internally to VREF
  • TP sensor harness is shorted to power
  • TP sensor signal wire are shorted together
  • Damaged PCM
