Anyone out there attending the upcoming (5/30/2005) Indianapolis 500 race in your new 2005 Mustang GT? If so, I can offer FREE parking within walking distance from the track (Near turn 4, gate 9).

I don’t attend the race, so I’ll keep an eye on your vehicle. We’re talking about a house driveway complete with Indiana hospitality. Come early, stay late. In exchange for free parking, I get to:

1) Drool
2) Pant
3) Stare
4) Claim “I’m not worthy”
5) Pester you with questions
6) Gawk
7) Drool (yes, I said drool twice)

Sorry, Mustang GTs only. Why? Because I could not make the 2005 GT purchase come about this year, so I’m setting my sights on 2006, and there are plenty of V6s around on dealer lots, but no GTs to be found.

Missed you by one weekend. I was up there this past weekend visiting family, although I didn't go anywhere near the track! Good luck, I'm sure you'll find somebody to take u up on the offer!

 

I would offer the free parking too, but the 17 mile walk from my house to the track might not be such a good deal...


I will be in the 500 Parade on Saturday - I will have one of the PowerPuff Girl cartoon characters in my Impala convertible. I was shootin' for Jim Neighbors - oh well.

 

I'll be in Indy, but not for the race. Harland Research is paying for my weekend, and they have some really good bartenders

 

what about this friday 5/27/05 for carb day?? i will be up there for that.

 

What race in Indianapolis?? I thought the race was in Charlotte??
