Guys....For those that are skeptical.....I only had the V6 for 13 days......The dealer knew I wanted a GT when I bought it, So yes I did get a really good deal....They got in 2 GT's that the people who ordered them changed their mind...Not that I got a good deal b/c of that, as there was a couple wanting the one I got....I just got lucky and beat them to it.....

Glad you got a good deal, and your dealer wanted to work with and keep you satisfied. Makes for a good relationship and return customers. This is a good thing. I'm glad for you. I have often bought a vehicle, and ended up trading for a better model, but haven't been as lucky as you were in my dealings. But am glad it worked out for you. I bought the GT, knowing full well I wouldn't have been satisfied with anything else. Good luck with your new GT.

You can't carry many tools in a mustang or even want to do so cause they are better ROLLING ON unless he got a Lightning.

I seem to also remember an older gentleman trading in his manual for an auto after a week or so.

I wonder who that could be??? LOL Did not trade it in. Gave it to adult son. I am still waiting on that auto too. Have a big pile of aftermarket parts to go on it when it arrives.Trying to keep up with Bryan and John. I have Mustang withdrawal BIG time. :notnice:

I bought my V6 in late September and decided to upgrade to a GT, so I ordered one (and sold my V6 back to on Dec 3). Driving by the dealer on Dec 23, saw the Windveil blue GT with everything I wanted, so I picked up that one. The GT I ordered still isn't here!

Now I'm thinking of adding a vert for the wife!

This guy just posted a couple days ago that he traded in an '05 GT for another '05 GT, because he wasn't happy with the color: http://forums.bradbarnett.net/index.php?sh...ndpost&p=239688
