What is recommended for touch up paint...just go to Ford and see what they have or something else? I have a couple of nics now, no dents...just very small nics like a small rock hit or something. Less than an 1/8" in size but one appears to have chipped all the way to the primer. Just wondering what others are using.

 

I just got a tube of motorcraft touch up paint at the ford dealership.

 

I bought the Motorcraft touch up paint and it is nothing more than re-badged Duplicolor touch up paint.

the best match I have gotten was to have a local body shop use their matching system and make me a small bottle of paint. Had some minor work done by them - so they just gave it to me.

 

Does Ford not send you a bottle of touch up paint when you buy a mustang anymore?
I got a bottle of motocraft SY when I bought mine way back when, and it matches perfect.

 

I didn't get any touch up paint when I took delivery of mine but I was just happy to get out of the dealership with the car I ordered for the price we had agreed on.
