Wink

After waiting 5 months and 1 week, I finally took delivery of my Windveil Blue V6 yesterday. So far so good and I love this car! Dealer had it ready on Thursday but I couldn't get there because of work.

Finally!

Congratulations Dawn that sure was a long wait for your Mustang but it will be more than worth it once you start to drive around .I know for myself the IUP held up the car being built but it is one of those packages that just make this car so retro and getting the full guages to see if something was starting to go wrong was more than worth the wait to me . :banana2:

Thanks so much everybody, it was a very long wait and it was due to IUP. I really wanted the side air bags, so I waited it out (not really all that patient if you ask the dealer, I'm sure!).

My husband noticed last night that the car is leaking brake fluid. We drained some of the brake fluid out of the resevoir (sp?) thinking it was filled too full but it is still leaking. Not a lot but a couple of small puddles the size of a half dollar. Funny but it seems to leak only when on level ground, not in our driveway which is on a slight angle. Anybody have any ideas? Will be calling the dealer tomorrow already for service.

Thanks again for the good wishes and I'll post pics as soon as I can.

Whoo Hoo, I know the feeling of waiting! I gave the dealer the deposit on 25 September, 2004, the order went in on 26 November 2004 and I took delivery on 22 April, 2005. It was like a very long pregnancy. I too have a Windveil Blue V6 (dark charcoal interior), made on 04 April, 2005. Last six VIN numbers are 199301.
