Here in North East got tired of waiting for spring and went for a ride. The road was clean. I was the only 05+ on the road the whole ride! I will post pics as soon as i size them right [attachmentid=40826]

Mmm I wish the pics were working... Im sure it felt as good for the pony to stretch its legs as for you to be back in the drivers seat again.... =)

Wow you must really love your Mustang! Are those really pieces of red carpet under the wheels in the garage?

Yes I do love it. I did not want it to sit on cold concrete. I don't know if that makes a difference

I can totally relate to this topic. I had mine out earlier in the week myself. The roads were clean, it was too cold for snow-melt so I figured hey, let me get a quick cruise in while I can. It's so funny how a showroom clean '05 GT turns heads in the middle of winter. You'd think I had Pam Anderson on the hood.

Hey, that's not a bad idea

I'm right with you guys. Can't resist a quick ride on the dry roads even though we've got 4-5 inches of snow on the grass! I know it's just a tease, but better than a complete winter shut down. :drive:

Boy, hearing and seeing how some of you guys pamper your ponies, I feel guilty subjecting my new `06 GT to some of the pre-winter slop we've had here in Central Maryland. But since it's my everyday car, it'll have to soldier on through the cold weather. What a blast to drive!

Yes it was the cleanest car on the road. Now its 2 iches of ice outside. I guess that was the last chance for romance for now

we just drove from Seattle to Portland Oregon today down busy I-5, we were the only 05 or 06 on the road, and it was a beautiul sunny 35 deg. day at that.
The GT is all tucked away down stairs in the valet parking..(I hope)...do I dare go down later and check on her?
We have stayed here at the 5th Avenue Suites many times and they have always been very professional, actualy I'm not worried too much, I saw a lot more expensive iron down there than ours, lol
