I have been shipped via convoy carrier status since 3/3. I've been fine waiting but 2 of my other cars broke over the weekend. Went to go to the store Sunday and the water pump went up on the Neon coolant running everywhere. I got it home before it overheated.

Fine I'll go to the store in the Bronco. Got about a mile down the road and hit the brakes ( to stop to talk to someone with a yellow 05 GT stang at the carwash) Brakes went to stop then went to the floor . Got the Bronco stopped brake fluid running out of the line in the rear. :bang:

The 65 is still put away for the winter and needs some work before I put it back on the road.

Called the shop and they can't get to my car for awhile. I called my sales manager told him my sad story and begged him to find my car, please pull some favors and get it to me ASAP because I am now carless a of a sudden. He's going to see what he can do and get back to me. :worship:

 

Don't hold your breath buddy.
Ask them to use a demo till the vert comes in

 

Hope he doesn't take your plight and "suddenly" decide to charge you MSRP or more.

Steve, it's a sign, something real good has to happen now! This stinks. Sure hope they can do something for you. When it shows up it will make all the bad stuff go away! Keep us posted.

Thanks for the words of support everyone. Yeah Drew I hope it's an omen. It's now 4:30 and haven't heard anything yet. Glad I didn't hold my breath. This is the first time I've been carless for about 25 years.

It was bad timing for both of them to crap out at the same time and they couldn't hold on for a couple weeks for the new one to come in.

Maybe they heard about the new car coming into the garage and got jealous and decided to quit.

 

Probably...which is why I never talk about my order in front of my current car.
