Timing is off after camshaft slipped when changing cam phasers

Hello all so I was changing the cam phasers on my 2007 gt and on the passenger side the shaft broke free of the vise grips and spun. any help on how to time/position both camshafts? I do not have a timing gun or degree wheel. I've tried my best to put both sides in time with no luck any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have to pull the front cover to do the engine timing. You have to line everything up and then spin the motor over by hand about 50 times to verify. It is a long tedious process but not too technically difficult.
