[QUOTE=cpcny;6111660]3. Do you guys closer to my age feel kind of out of place driving a car like this?

I don't feel out of place. I just bought a more moderate color.

I'm 41, and drive a black 2008 GT/CS. I love driving her and don't feel the slightest bit out of place. In addition to the compliments from the younger crowd, I get plenty of positive comments from folks my age and older...

It's never occured to me to be out of place. I love mustangs, I am 41 and have always owned one. My first car was a beat up 67 mustang, after that went to the 86 gt, 97 gt and now have the 06 gt. I think you are either a mustang guy or your not. Either way, I love driving mine.

If your not power hungry then I say go get a used 2011 v6 they have the about the same power as an 06 Gt and they have a great sound. Plus it's a newer car that is in that 20-24 range.
