Does your temp control ****, the center **** on the climate control system, does yours turn a full 360 degrees? Mine does, and if I put it at the coolest location, far left the air coming through the vents is still a little warm. It is warmer than the outside air. Any info would be helpfull. Tha A/C works great by the way.

yeah, mine does too. I put on some UPR A/C ***** and noticed that it turned all the way around. It is annoying because you don't know where the extreme warm or extreme cold is, you just have to guess. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, I'd like to know as well.

Hey Matt, I also have the UPR polished alum A/C *****. Sorta glad to hear that my car is not the only one with this issue.
My 2001 F250SD 4X temp control **** actually stops at each extreme setting. When you turn yours to left, to the bottom of the cold setting does the air feel all that cool? I mean at least close to the outside temp? This is with the A/C off, and recir off.
Because at that setting, it should be close to the outside air temp. I wonder if the cabin filter this car has, has anything to do with the air temp?

my UPR center **** turns 360 as well, I noticed that when the air is on if I have it too close to the bottom of the blue line it does not blow out as cold of air. So I keep it a little above the line.
I thought I saw someone in here put something on his **** to keep it from turning 360 degrees.
Have you tried to take it off after installing it? Cause I cant get mine off now.

I had the same problems with the UPR. All I had to do was push it in a little more, even if it looks like it is all the way in. I have had no problems with them since.

yes, mine do the same 360 degree thing, cant get it fixed, and since the red doesnt shine through at night, it makes it even harder to find the right temp. Oh well, looks good though!!

Not my idea but I glued in a small piece of wood from a popsicle right over the red piece that allows the UPR ***** to hit the stop points. Works great now.
