I found a guy selling a disk on Ebay. It is the Ford manual for 2005-2006 model year cars. It includes all cars for the 2005 year (and some for the 06).

It is great, it has all the repair/testing procedures for the 05 Mustang, and all the Ford part numbers.

The disk has a date of Januray 2005. On the disk is a list of all TSBs. I pulled a copy down for the 2005 Mustang.

2005 MUSTANG - TSBs found: 7
04-24-20
• LIMITED SLIP AXLE CHATTER, SHUDDER, BINDING SENSATION, OR VIBRATION DURING LOW SPEED TURNING MANEUVERS
04-24-14
• GENERAL PCM PROGRAMMING PROCEDURES
04-24-05
• REAR WINDOW DEFROSTER GRID/INTEGRAL ANTENNA DIAGNOSIS AND REPAIR - TERMINAL TAB REPAIR
04-20-07
• INTERIOR PLASTIC TRIM - PAINT-TO-MATCH AND REPAIR - INTERIOR SPRAY PAINT AND ADHESION PROMOTER USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
04-16-01
• ENGINE MISFIRE OR ROUGH RUNNING - COIL ON PLUG (COP) IGNITION SYSTEMS - WDS COP KIT DIAGNOSTIC TIPS
04-14-07
• SERVICE WIRING HARNESS REPLACEMENT GUIDELINES - SERVICE TIPS
04-09-06
• BODY - PAINT - IRON PARTICLE REMOVAL - INDUSTRIAL FALLOUT - ACID RAIN NEUTRALIZATION

Malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) illuminated with multiple diagnostic trouble codes (DTCS) P035X and no driveability symptoms - 4.6L 3V Engine

ISSUE
Some 2005 Mustang vehicles equipped with a 4.6L 3-valve engine, may exhibit the MIL illuminated with multiple ignition coil related DTCs (P035X) and no driveability symptoms. The DTCs are typically set during deceleration.

ACTION
Do not replace ignition components for this condition. Reprogram the powertrain control module (PCM) to the latest calibration using WDS release B34.10, or B35.1 and higher. Calibration files may also be obtained at www.motorcraft.com.

Is it a CD? If so, can you make copies of it? If you can, would you sell me a copy of it? I would really love to have that. Let us all know, or just send me a PM. Thanks!

This one has me confused. I thought the antenna was on the fender, not in the glass?

Those are the bulletin numbers.

I did buy this CD off of ebay. They guy had some for 2004-2005 and 2005-2006. As I found the hard way, the 2004-2005 does not include the 05 Mustang.

The date is Jan 05 and since I cannot hook into Fords server, my TSBs will not be updated. So I will not get any new info about these. So I will basically use it as a shop manual and a parts catalog.

Just got mine out of the shop for the limited slip problem in the rear. They replaced the clutch packs. In and out in 24 hours. Not too bad,

Chris

Mine is being built on the week of Feb. 7 also. I hope they have some of the problems sorted out by now - rear end, front suspension noise, etc.

These TSB's are not all mustang Specific and also cover other models! Be aware that sometimes TSB procedures will HURT performance! Such as the Rear Axle TSB! Some PCM recalibrations can Hurt performance also!
