Went by and they have a white 500 SEL sitting out fron tso I stopped and got out to take a look.

Salesman happend to walk by, asked him when they expected to get a new mustang in. He told me they are hoping a white v6 that was ordered would be there before the end of the month. As for a GT that was ordered, they have no idea when it'll get there.

Mind you this is in Blacksburg, Va. They have a ton of F-150s though.

I went to my dealer last week and gave my salesman the order guide and price list I downloaded from this site. Yesterday, my salesman told me that the person in charge of ordering indicated he could not access pricing when he ordered, but he ordered GT's fully loaded. They received confirmation of the order and they are going to get V-6 "plane jane" coupes. Sounds like they are not "big enough" to get what they want unless it is a specific order for an specific individual.

Somehow I missed your point. Are you going to buy one, or are you just looking? Just curious.

Was out cruising today and stopped by 3 dealers in or near the Lynchburg, Va area. All three said about the same thing, they will have a V6 hopefully by the end of October but have no idea regarding the GT. Given, these are relatively small dealers and it falls in line with what has been previously posted. None had brochures or any idea when they would.
