I tried calling ERL but I am not sure I have exactly the info I need. My dealership is closed for the weekend, but I have some paperwork.

I have 2 numbers that look like it could be the dealer code. One is

CA7032

The other is 5528.

None of these are 5 digits though

I have 2 numbers that look like might be my order #, but I am not sure. They are

M999, and 150A (order code).

How do these numbers look to you?

 

The 5528 seems like your Order #. I believe the dealer code should begin with an F followed by 5 digits. The 5 digits are what you need to tell ERL.

 

Go to the dealer's lot and look on the window stickers of some cars there. The dealer's code is on the window stickers.

 

I believe the ERL wants to hear four digits with no alpha characters . . . try both sets of numbers you've listed (7032/5528) . . . one of 'em should be it.
