I think a clear three bar tail light lens would make a nice touch on this car. The '05 just says 'customize me'!

As much as I don't like the trend of clear lenses, I think it would be really cool to do that on a Mustang and keep the look of the three-bar taillamp system. It would be the classic design, only updated to current trends... I would like to see something like this in the future. The thing I hate however is the people who swap out their lenses for a large, carbon-fiber surround look, with a large red circle as the light. This just ruins the look of the mustang, since everyone knows the taillights should be the three bars. I know people like to customize, but thats like removing the horse from the grille for no reason.

Absolutely true. I like those clear taillights with the red circles on most cars, but definately not the Mustang for that very reason. It ruins the classic tri-bar.

I'm the type of person to keep my car bone stock because I feel aftermarket accessories are for teen racer boys. But if they make a good looking clear tail-light that retains the tri-bar design, I think it will look sweet on my windveil blue V6!
