Stupid Question about the red reflectors on

cause mine are not lite up......just red circle reflectors? Thanks........

They are reflectors to help other cars see that you have your door open at night.

The light from other cars shines off them, causing them to reflect. Just like on a bike.

OK.....Ok..............my old car had lights in there and would like up red when you opened the door.,.....so I was confused, I thought maybe the light wasnt working....JUST REFLECTORS...........thats cool, at least I know now.
