Ok, I have had my GT for a little less than a year so I should know this, but is there any other way to open the trunk besides the remote release button on the FOB or the key?
All of my other vehicles have a button or lever accessible from the driver's seat, but I have not found one for the Mustang.
I spent about 10 minutes trying to find the fuel door release on my boss's Corvette (it was in the console) so I figured there may be a trunk release "hidden" somewhere on the Mustang.

You could fold down the back seats and climb into the trunk to pop the emergency release
Other than that you're screwed.

Nope. A couple of people have added one in case they get in a situation like you. If I find them I'll post them for you , they're in a guys sig, but I can't remember his exact screen name. Something like "dustin4u"

Awww shucks. That is what I figured. You would think something so simple would be included. I know who Dustin is - I will see what he did.
I thought about putting the rear seat down too... I think the novelty would wear off of that quickly!
Thanks -

This should lead you in the right direction.
Be sure to read the ENTIRE thread. There is a lot of info and more than one way to wire the release.

Quickest, though not the cheapest, is to buy an extra remote fob. Then secure it under the dash or in your glovebox out of sight.
