Ok I got a VIN number and I have called the ERL numerous times to check on my order but she can never understand me. In fact she gets all but about 3 numbers or letters wrong if she even says she understands anything. So I was wondering if there is someplace online that I can track my order using the VIN #. I apprecaite the help from all of you who are more informed.

 

Yeah. Use your order order number and dealer code. I remember trying by the VIN, she never did understand the VIN. I always had to use the order number. If you don't have the order number you may have to impersonate the dealer and talk to a live person with the VIN.

 

She is NOT stupid. She gives good um, information. you just need to talk right to her !

 

There's also a person at blueovalnews.com, in their forums, he checks up VIN numbers, but I think it's more of a status after they are in their production week, I would check it out if I was you.

Yep, try blueovalnews.com and go to forums, then employee forums. Look for a thread by Kzinti with regard to VIN's. Post him your VIN and he usually gets back in a day or two with your status. Great place to check your car's progress.

 

Some wine and a dozen roses does wonders too!
