Stripers: Someone who can install stripes on a car (vinyl).

NOT strippers: nude female dancers. I know where those are!

Anyway, the topic says it all. Does anyone know a good shop to install vinyl stripes in Dayton? I'd even be willing to go as far as Cincinnati or Columbus if it were a day job.

Basically the shop has to have a good reputation and do 10" silver (metallic or glossy) with a 2" gap. I'm nervous about leaving my car in the hands of a stranger, and honestly, most places in this area seem shady.

Still going to be a few weeks before the car comes in, but this will give me a chance to make some phone calls, get some prices, and see some of their work.

 

In Cincinnati, I recommend Carstar Collision in Blue Ash. One of their staff members owns a Bullitt. He has repaired my Mach 1 twice and done great work. I cannot vouch for how many times he might have applied vinyl stripes, but he definitely takes care of Mustangs.

I live in dayton to - what part of dayton are you in? I live in englewood and I've heard good things about yipes stripes in englewood. thats where beau townsend gets all there stripes for their stangs done. Heres their number, 9378369473, i plan on having them do my stripes when i get around to it.

 

I live near the intersection of Woodman Dr. and Col. Glenn/Airway. WPAFB base housing!

Englewood is a nice(r) community. I'll check that place out.

I'm also interested in the place in Cinci. I'll go anywhere around to get the best work and the best deal. Don't want no fat yahoo leaning all over my car scratching the paint with his flask.

 

I'll talk to the folks there on Monday, as I will most likely be dropping off the aftermarket parts for painting.
