**Steeda Q650 New Best ET!!**

Had the opportunity to take our companies Steeda Q650 demonstrator out on the track during this weekend's Pony Wars event in Valdosta GA. Previously it had been run down here at Palm Beach International Raceway.

The weather down in South Florida always works against us for performance, so it was a great chance to see what the car can really do.

New best ET of 11.09 at 130.5 on drag radials. The car has more in it too, we will be taking the car back soon to work on the 10 second timeslip.
I am working on a picture of the timeslip too.... for now here is a picture of me heating them up before one of my runs.

The Q650 uses a 4.6L stroked to 5.0L, FRPP CNC ported heads, a Whipple with our belt drive making about 15psi, long tubes w/X-pipe, Steeda axle back, GT500 fuel pumps, 60lb injectors, and of course custom tuning.

BTW, we ran the car at the Pony Wars which was done in conjunction with the Steeda Stampede in Valdosta GA. You can check out a thread with plenty of pictures on the event here: http://www.tallahasseemusclecar.com/...pony-wars-pics

Try not to be on dialup when viewing the thread......

Planning on staying on DR's or moving over to a full slick? That 60 could use some improvement, but otherwise a nice run.

Stayed on the drag radials this weekend, improved our 60ft time into the high 1.6's and got the ET we wanted. 10.78 @ 133mph..... All on a road race suspension. We couldnt be happier!
