Thanks Rich. The rear-plates look like the US-sizes. It's okay. I'm not a big fan of 'destroying' my frontbumper by drilling holes into it, but what can one do? It's law here.

BTW, I took these chrome door protectors off in the meanwhile. They disturbed me too much and it just didn't fit too well.

Greetings from sunny Switzerland.

Good to see another Mustang running around in Switzerland. These are two that I caught when I was having lunch somewhere in north Switzerland:

That entire trip was so much fun. Wish I could get back there more often, was so much fun riding around that area on a motorcycle.

It is indeed very nice here. I am German (from Bremen) and live & work here in Switzerland. The landscape is unbelievably beautiful with the Alps around the corner.

There are quite some old-/newtimers and 05ers in Switzerland. We are organized in some clubs. Sometimes we catch up and ride together. It's really cool.

Ciao, Ralph

Love the pics of your car. I get my '07 GT next month and will do the Steeda speaker covers since they look so good on your car. What fuel door cover did you use??

Hi, I used the Steeda Fuel Door. Bought it from Frank @ Steeda in Pompano Beach. It's some USD 140,- or so.

Will your's also be in Blue? As Sonic is gone, Vista?

Greets, Ralph

It was indeed very nice! Weather was super hot (35 C and 100% humidity) and our final destination was the one and only Hooters in Switzerland. Guys, I cannot recommend that one. Its a wooden hut in the middle of an ugly industrial area with no aircondition, no good looking chicks and billion of flies .

Well at least the cruising event was a SUCCESS

Geez, another update. Almost forgot :-)

I finally installed my Ipod Kit for my Shaker1000. It works great. I drilled a little hole in the middle console to get rid of that ugly cable as some have it sticking out where the hand-brake's located.

I'll post a pic soon this week (my wife has my cam in Vienna this weekend, rrr...).

CH logo?

I noticed that your mustangs do not have the CH sticker on the back. Is that no longer required in Switzerland?

The reason I ask is my father emigrated from Switzerland back in the 1960's and he put one of the stickers on his first car (1968 Firebird) and all his cars after. When I bought my first car (2007 Mustang), he gave me a CH sticker, which I put on my bumper, a kind of tribute to continue the tradition. It looks like they don't use it in Switzerland anymore?
