This Is Important

This is what you need to do: Go to www.ticketassassin.com and use it. I used his service and got my bail, ie price of ticket, refunded. Recently had a friend use him and she was found "not guilty" and will be receiving her $200 refund soon.

Good luck. It works.

Before you go too far with anything posted, find out if they report tickets to the state or not. I know small towns and/or cities often don't report tickets to the state therefore no points are issued. So there's really no good reason to pony up for an attorney. The best bet would be to give the police station a call and inquire about what sort of points you will get as a result of the ticket they issued. They'll either tell you that you have x points or they'll tell you they don't report to the state.
