Unhappy Sounds like a haunted house door under the rear of my car!

This is honestly getting old, as it seems every other week I am posting about some noise. A couple weeks ago I figured out my clunk sound coming from the suspension - loose bolt on front swaybar mount that bolts to chassis. NOW, I have a noise that is getting progressively worse from the rear.

The best I can describe it is it sounds like a really old haunted house door slowly opening. It's that type of a creak sound. I'm assuming it is the rear suspension as the exhaust mounts all seem fine. It does get worse as the car is driven longer - not sure if it has to do with heat or not.

Only mods I have are Eibach Pro-Kit springs and Tokico D-Spec shocks. The swaybar is factory. One guy told me to spray a little lube on the swaybar bushings - I did this and they are not it. When I fold the rear seats down the noise is almost unbearable.

Any ideas?? I re-checked the torque on all bolts from the suspension install and it's all good.

Does it only make noise when you hit a bump, go around a corner, or is it a constant creaking?

I got the same thing.
Sounds like its in the DS seat or under one of the seats in the rear.
Also my lumbar support quite working, I wonder if it is something loose in that.....

Do you have your spare still in the trunk? Check and see if something is loose in there. Other than that, I would know without being there.

To answer a couple questions...

It does it real loud when doing a hard left turn, when angling into a driveway slowly and does it a little quieter when hitting small regular bumps and imperfections crusiing straight down the road.

I did check the spare and everything is solid. Does not seem to be associated with the spare.

My spare is locked down tight.
I typically crank the radio so I cannot hear it.
I will pay attention.
I also have the 'singing' rearend.

Does it happen regardless of type of weather (warm or cold days, rainy, etc.)? I get all kinds of creaks, but when the weather is warmer they seem to be non-existent.

So far the weather has been a little on the cool side. This has been going on for the past couple weeks. It does get worse the longer I drive the car. 1st thing in the morning it is quite.

TSB 06-19-2 PDF Doc here

Should be covered under warranty. Had the work done on mine in December, and the noise is completely gone now.
