Sound from front suspension?

Hello,
I have a 06 GT with 18" wheels. Lately I have noticed driving over the speed bumps at work has been noisy, specifically with loud squeeks coming from the driver side front wheel. I don't think this was happening before, though possibly I haven't tuned into it. Does anyone think this is anything to be concerned about?
