Someone call the paramedics!
So you want someone to call 911? Ok, be right back.........oh wait what's the number? JK
Congrats. Hopefully it won't be too much longer for you. Just remember though, once you get the car, you forget the wait.

dont get to worried when I called the ERL when I was finally put to rail I never got any " AT RAMP, ON CONVOY" nothing like that. IMO the ERL is good to a point but once the car was built it was kinda worthless. Hang in there I know the wait is hard specially now, but it shouldnt be much longer

The week has come and gone and the ERL still says:
As of April 8th your unit is scheduled to be built the week of April 4th

I'm not paying for a car I haven't at least driven or seen, on principle. Besides I'm going to break the dealer's heart when I get the car for 200 under invoice and not take their financing. I'm going to drop that bomb after the deal is signed.

Relax, mine says the same thing. My dealer called and told me it had been built. If you have the VIN, can't you go ahead and get financing?

I doubt the dealer will care where you finance. Can't you just extend the financing for a week?

Dealerships sometimes make more on financing than they do the sale of the car.

Kickback, yes, it's called a reserve. It's been a few years since I sold cars, but if memory serves, there's a specific percentage that each lender pays back to the dealer. Also, there's different tiers tier 1 being for people w/ good credit, tier 0 for the best credit and lowest rates, tier 2, worse credit... etc.
