I don't think it had anything to do with speed.
I changed the tag, downloaded the pics and reuploaded them on Brad's server. The ones I posted will ALWAYS show up.

What might even be better is if you can resize them so they are just under 200kB and upload them yourself (click "add reply") then go to the upload part.
You need a separate post for each pic. You also need to enter a message....just put "..."

I recently thought about that 200kB thing... I believe it would be a good idea to have a server-side plugin that takes the image and scales it down so that it will be under 200kB... not sure if this is possible with Invision Power Board, but I could write something like this if it was
