you can buy a waterless car wash, its good for winter months . i have good reviews of poor boys spray and wipe.

Always keep a bottle of either Meguiar's Quik Detailer or Eagle One's Wipe 'n Shine in your trunk (with a clean towel)...I use the Wipe 'n Shine all the time (just about everyday) to wipe down all my cars...in fact, I can't remember the last time I've had to actually pull out a hose and clean up my cars.

Yeah, you don't want to go there on a sunny Summer Saturday morning at 10:00AM with your soap and bucket. If you go on "off" hours you should be OK.
