I totally agree... I would rather pay MSRP and wait a month than get his "spot"

That is seriously for someone who has no patience whatsoever. That, and they have a lot of freakin' money to blow and it'll end up giving this moron a lot of profit. And what nerve this guy has to set a reserve so dang high! I'd pee my pants if someone gave me even $100 for something so stupid.

I wonder how many bidders actually think the one they're bidding on looks like that...

If they're dumb enough to spend $10,000 on this, though, they deserve to be let down. A LOT.

I thought I saw it when I checked earlier today... my fave are these people selling "their spots" in their dealership order line for like $10,000. Man, some folks out there just don't know any better :P

a spot to buy at MSRP? What? Must be a joke right? They will be flooding the market with these in 3 months.

Is this right? $10k plus MSRP $29.5k?

$40k ?????????????

Wow. Free enterprise at its best. Some numnuts will buy it.

Are you guys kidding me? Let me give you a quick lesson in Ebay.

The bidders of these auctions have NO INTENTION of ever paying a cent. They are like you and me. They know the seller is a complete jackass.

The reason they bid so high is because the seller is requied to pay Ebay a percentage of the winning bid. After the auction ends, the seller will be billed by Ebay for a few hundred dollars. Of course, he'll get out of it buy saying he was never paid. But it's a hassle for him.

yeah let it go. it's your spot and you have every right to sell it. there are plenty of people out there willing to pay that kind of money just so they can drive it around and show off to there friends before they are all over the place. if they are willing to buy let them buy it. i personally think that was a good idea you capitalized on and i bet alot of other people are going to start doing it as well as dealerships. i personally can't wait to see how insane this gets

I can't believe people are actually bidding on that. Hey goalie, even though they don't intend to pay, I thought they are in a contract when they bid. Sure they are trying to screw him over because he is a twit but they might screw themselves in the end.
