I ordered a GT last week and found out today I have an X plan number. My dealership said they will still take it but they didn't know yet what kind of price break I get. I have heard all types of stories about 2% over this and 4% below that... I just want to know what is the X plan price for a Deluxe Mustang GT before adding options?

Anyone, Anyone, ????

200-300 over invoice w/holdback price. Good luck getting it, dealers are seeming to backpedal on this now. Get it in writing.

My they accepted my PIN number back in June and it is written on my order. Should I still be concerned about back peddling?

If there is a contract with X-plan on it and it is signed by management, then you should be ok.

Today I ordered GT Premium with IUP, auto, and side airbags. Price before Tax, Tag, and Title is 26032.01

My delaer has no problem honoring the x-plan price. Of course, I asked for delivery on Feb 1 so maybe they feel the rush will be over by then.

My price I had before the X plan was $200 over dealer/w hold back plus destination and advertising. So if I use the X plan will I avoid the destination and advertising cost?

you always pay destination and advertizing costs on x-plan. No dealer processing fees though.

Why wouldn't you wait until January to place your order? There could be factory rebates by then.

Rebates are determined at the time of pickup, not order. Same with financing. Besides, no deposit so even if they tried to say that I wasn't eligible for rebates, I could just cancel my order. I'm not worried.

I am a long time viewer and new joiner. What is 'x' plan pricing and how does someone get this?

Purple, I believe the different pricing plans are covered in the FAQ sticky in the first section of the forum.

The FAQ is long now, but stuffed with good info. I recommend giving it a good look; you will find out a lot right there.

And welcome!

Hey all, I'm just throwing this out there:

Can anyone tell me how to get X plan or is anyone who qualifies out there willing to give away a PIN number?

I know, I'm begging, it's pathetic.....

Sorry Darth, won't work. They verify your eligibility for the X-plan. It takes more than just the PIN. Also, if you shop around, you should be able to get within a couple hundred bucks of the X-plan price anyways.
